Happy Sunday! Just touching base with you guys for a quick second to share a free weights arm workout with you guys before I head out to Midtown to meet up with some of my Houstonian Murchisonians for dinner at Star Pizza (but don't worry, there are other things on the menu besides pizza).
I did this workout at the gym yesterday, and I definitely felt it when I woke up this morning. It's a good one! I completed each superset and waited 30 seconds before completing the next set.
See you guys after dinner, or in the morning before I head back to Austin for my final semester of college. Yikes!

Boy, to have your dedication. Maybe there's a career for you in personal training once that last semester is up!
